Call for Volunteers!

Our skeet & trap club is a nonprofit, member‑supported organization. While we have one dedicated paid employee (our Club Manager), the club simply cannot operate without help from members.

Every Winter League, we have a need for volunteers to help keep things running smoothly and to avoid long wait times.

Please consider donating some time to help our club have another great season!

You can help as either a occasional Member Helper (Volunteer) or as a Winter League Assistant (Compensated Member).

What is a Member Helper (Informal Volunteering)?

Member Helpers are members who lend a hand while they’re already at the club for their normal shooting.

Examples include:
• Loading a trap machine or filling a house
• Keeping score for a league shooter or squad
• Taking out trash or tidying common areas

This help is unscheduled and optional, often lasting anywhere from 5–20 minutes, though sometimes longer if you have the time. There is no expectation or obligation—just members helping members. Even small contributions like these make a big difference and are always appreciated.

What is a League Support Assistant
League Support Assistants provide critical support during league shooting, especially throughout the Winter League season. They are scheduled in advance and have some degree of commitment to show up. Typically this is for 4 hours or more in a given day.

These assistants help with:
• Keeping trap, Skeet, and 5-Stand houses and machines loaded
• Scoring and or pulling for league shooters

We aim to have at least one League Support Assistant each day we are open for league shooting, in addition to the Club Manager and regular daily operations volunteers. This role is essential to keeping league events running safely and smoothly.

League Support Assistants may also qualify for our Compensated Member Program!
